What areas do we cater?
We are based in Basildon, so we mostly cater to addresses in London, Essex & Kent, but for the right event, based on theme and expenditure, we can extend to as far as other Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Sussex, Cambridge and even Oxford.
Can we ship Graze Boxes?
Unfortunately not, and it’s not for lack of trying. They don’t look the same on arrival, which is a shame as our graze boxes are first a feast for the eyes before tasting, so hand delivery or collection only.
What is the policy regarding payment?
A non refundable, 70% deposit must be paid to secure a booking and the 30% balance must be paid up no later than 5 days before the event date.
Do you provide menu planning and tasting sessions?
Yes we do, for a fee, which is deducted from your final bill, when you make a booking. Menu planning would be done via a phone call, and tasting sessions can be arranged in your home (delivery charges, apply), or you can come to us in Basildon.
